The inspector was very friendly and patient with me as he walked me through each item on the list. He showed up exactly on time and completed the work within the timeframe. I also appreciated the system leading up to the scheduling of the inspection. I received emails telling me what was going to happen, what to expect, and how to expect it. I would use them again the next time I get an inspection, in about two years, just to make sure I stay on top of the work I need to do in my home.

AZ Property Inspections was prompt, professional and friendly. They performed a thorough review of the house and delivered a well organized report with photo references. The on site review of the report allowed me to understand exactly what was found and related concerns. And, this proved to be money well spent. Some significant problems were identified which were taken into account before taking possession of the house.
