My inspection with AZ Property Inspections was very helpful and throrough. Eric answered all my questions and has a fun personality. Buying a new house can be overwhelming and he helped make this step as pleasant as possible.

My first time buying a house and this was the best part of the experience. Very informative at the end I recived a great education on this home. Explained very well no stone unturned. Chad was very thorough. He explained everything in detail. He answered all questions about the inspection and even some outside the inspection I needed to know for a proper home owners insurance quote.
