I enjoyed my stay.but there should be extra staff in the dining area when they know that the hotel will be completely booked with guest for sports events
This hotel smells so bad, mildewy. People that work there are really friendly but it seems to me the hotel needs either remove the carpets on the hallways that are creating that smell or do something.
The backbone of a really good hotel is the housekeeping staff! Didi the manager has hired the best ladies and trained them to expect no less than spotless. Great hotels are always clean. New hotels are rarely clean because of new staff.
Great hotel. Rooms lovely and very quiet. Breakfast was superb. Patio area very relaxing. Staff very nice and helpful. Would come back and stay here.
We have stayed here a few years ago and that's why came back while visiting with friends and family. Very acomidating, switched our room to a two bed set up. No extra charge. Wonderful breakfast, coked fresh to order omelets, sausage, bacon. We will be back.
