Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Unprofessional Management I am extremely disappointed with my father’s experience at Dr. Nelson’s dermatology office, including both the doctor’s behavior and the way the office manager handled our concerns. I am Canadian and I was referred to Beacon Dermatology ( Rochester Hills location) by a friend. I am very impressed with how knowledgeable, friendly and helpful everyone is.
