our steaks were cooked correctly however they were very tasteless, not seasoned at all. drinks were very strong and not in the good way. extremely overpriced for what you get. we will stick with whiskey inferno where its better priced and much better food.
Very disappointing. Loaded tots were cold and tasteless. The chicken wrap I would say I could have gotten at a convenient store for much less. We’ve come here for years and with this last menu change/quality, we won’t go back. Sad, there’s not a lot of good food options in the area.
We stopped by today for lunch. We sat at the bar which was completely dead with the exception of one other couple. The restaurant was pretty empty as well. We sat there for at least 10 minutes while the bartender walked by us 3 times and didn’t even acknowledge us. We finally got up and left. Whiskey inferno restaurant right down the street thanks you Axels for sending Customers their way.
Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with coleslaw as my side today to go. Get there to pick it up and once it comes out I’m informed they’re out of bacon...can they offer me a side of fries instead, which no I don’t want fries. Well I declined and when I got back to work I realized I should’ve taken them up on the offer because not only was my burger the size of a McDonald’s scrawny burger it was undercooked and my ‘side’ choice of coleslaw was served in a dressing container...yes a salad dressing side of coleslaw. I don't think they believe in AC here. it's like a men's locker room. same thing last year.
Had a bad experience with Nathan not honoring a birthday coupon . Was also very rude about the whole thing . Will be going to other locations from now on .
No...they need good management. We had poor service & waited over an hour for our "easy" meals. We went in early December. I wrote a review right after & never heard back. Won't be returning a second time!
Recently had dinner with my wife and ordered salmon and green beans. 1/2 the beans had stems on them. With competition of Whiskey Inferno that has opened I want to point out that this is Bonfires time to shine not go to heck. Service was also sort of mehhhhh!
Do not eat at this place. We went on Friday. Our service was so poor. We didn’t get served our drinks for 20 minutes. We had a party of 7, our orders finally got put in 30 minutes later. We watched two of our orders of pizza sit on the counter for over 30 minutes only to have the server pick it up take it back to the kitchen and put it on a warm plate.
