You advised our GM to stop emailing you on 2/9/22 at 12:03p stating "Don't email or call me anymore". We refunded the rest of your MVP and deposit on your duct cleaning via check on 2/21/22 . I have been with this company for 15 years. They will not sign a simple form for an insurance claim. Christina claims they will not give their name to any insurance company. Why does a so called reputable company not willing to sign there name to prove work has been done. I've trusted this company from the beginning. However, they need to change their policy's if they want to keep their customers

I had a sump pump replaced on 10/26/20 and received a bill of $710. Further investigation showed the cost for this pump on Amazon was $189.90 that included tax and delivery. there were two men doing the install, so 30 minutes each for 1 hour of total labor after their 15 minutes of analyzing the problem. Their travel time was short from previous job ~15 minutes. Had two whole house humidifiers installed - work was very professional and technician arrived on time and completed on schedule! Very happy with the results!
