We have had AWE for a short time servicing our HVAC system with excellent results. The technicians were on time, professional, personable, explained everything clearly & all was well. We were told a few times that we should have an air duct cleaning. Finally decided we should do it to have our system be at its best. Its not cheap! Worst decision we made!! Great service today! Tech and apprentice were friendly, and knowledgeable. We had a recent remodel in the adjacent room, with concerns related to effects on the **** system. They gladly reviewed the concerns as well as did the routine A/C clean and check. Recommendations were given that were helpful and honest, and with an eye toward saving us money. It was a pleasure to do business with these gentlemen.

I've been using this company on & off for over 20 years. Regardless of the passage of time, this company can be relied upon for honesty & great service. That is a rarity these days. I use them to maintain my aging systems & will be using them to replace my ************************** conditioning systems which are now 20+ years old. The fact that these old systems continue to serve me is a tribute to this company.
