We have been w AWE since we bought our home 20 years ago. All the field workers and office personnel I have dealt have been very professional, friendly and polite. The techs have been great and do not hesitate to answer any question thrown to them and explain things thoroughly in a non condescending manner. Great teams maker a great company

We've been using this company since we owned our first house--and continued to call them for our current house. So we've been customers for over 35 years. We've always been more than satisfied with the competent, efficient service AWE has provided for **. Horrible. Charged us $500 to fix a problem that literally can back the exact same the next time we used the air. The had the gall to try to charge us to come back out. Lol. Yeah. No.

Yes, the first time we were out on 4/15/23 we charged $89 because the unit was frozen. When we went back out there 4/16/23 to finish the diagnostics in which is where our technician found that the txv had failed closed, not allowing the refrigerant to flow through the system properly. Had ***** out for duct cleaning 3/16/23 and wow! Very polite, informative, and got all the nasty stuff out of my ducts and drier vent! I was a fire waiting to happen so Im so glad that at $425 all got me safe!! Thanks AWE!!!

Really awesome company! from the first phone call the customer ********************** is easy and friendly, the technicians are great! always honest and fair pricing. The maintenance program is simple to understand and guarantees my system is ready each season. They just really take the time to make sure your questions are answered and you understand your hvac system and I couldn't recommend their services enough!

Great companie! Installed my daughter's A/C durring the hottest day of the summer when no one else would. They also provide great service and maintenance at a local daycare center that my daughter runs. Fair prices for the quality work they provide.

When our technician went to approve the the changing of the dirty filters, your wife was on the phone. He signaled to her about the filters and she approved them via a nod, as she was talking.
