I absolutely love this place. Everybody is so nice and they ALWAYS have my back. I know I can trust them to fill meds for me and solve any issues I may have regarding my meds or the pharmacy or appointments. Shout out to Shelly she is amazing she's always there to answer your calls if you need help. She's also ALWAYS gets things done and helps solve any issues by getting in contact with the DR. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I used to work for this company back when this company was following their morals and values. I filled out the online form and someone who sounded like they were 12 called me back. Super unprofessional girl, how can you have someone like that calling people about such a sensitive topic. If that was one of your "counselors" then you guys really need to hire new staff. Also, I asked to be contacted by way of email or via text yet she called my phone in the middle of the day while I was at work. Not off to a good start. Really glad I read the reviews before wasting my time and money here.

While the people you work with directly are great that is where the caring stops. The upper mgmt and higher up individuals are merely in the field for the money and not genuine about helping people. I was never informed of a 3,000 bill I would be receiving that my insurance would not cover and just sent a simple detail-less bill.
