Stay as far away as possible! I had no insurance to cover the expense of the program and was paying out of pocket over $4500.00 . My treatment started at the end of January and was completed in the beginning of March. I cannot with good faith recommend this company to anyone. I am abundantly disappointed by the lack of professional care I have received. Firstly, let me start off by saying that their support staff have been nothing but spectacular. That being said, I continually had to manage my own care. From having appointments double-booked (that I had to go out of my way to notify THEIR team of their mistake), took me off my current (and successful) ADHD medication and replaced it with another causing me to forget multiple appointments... read more

Stay Away!!!! Only wish I could give them 0 stars. While the coaches are great people, Aware recovery is the most unethical company I have ever experienced. I was told that my (very good) insurance would cover everything with the exception of a 15.00 a month copay. After 4 months of no bill I received a bill in the amount of $1,710.00. I was assured this was a mistake so I continued services. Turns out it was not a mistake. I was introduced to Aware through a friend. In the beginning it was a great experience. Then out of nowhere they decided to discharge all clients in the state of Florida. No reason given just that in a few days they are discharging everyone in the program. I had counseling and nurses , medication and a great staff now puff gone. Thanks for nothing Aware !! P.S. i was receiving treatment in my home for the last 7 months. 2 visits per week and a weekly zoom meeting for groups .

Struggling over 30 days to enter this program, spoke with a dozen staff only to get approval and ignored. My blood pressure was 237/124 the other day, went to ER because AWare didn’t respond. Makes no sense, I fought to get help and was approved to my understanding. Aware isn’t responding, struggling alone! Update I ended up getting help and recovery.
