Everybody there, all the staff are amazing! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe. They're never far away when you need them for anything especially even just a little company! I would recommend everybody and anybody to your facility! Aware Recovery has a special niche in the recovery field that is exceptional and convenient. I work with Cassandra B who is extremely caring and professional. I would recommend Aware to anyone looking for a great virtual program.
Stay as far away as possible! I had no insurance to cover the expense of the program and was paying out of pocket over $4500.00 . My treatment started at the end of January and was completed in the beginning of March. I cannot with good faith recommend this company to anyone. I am abundantly disappointed by the lack of professional care I have received. Firstly, let me start off by saying that their support staff have been nothing but spectacular. That being said, I continually had to manage my own care. Stay Away!!!! Only wish I could give them 0 stars. While the coaches are great people, Aware recovery is the most unethical company I have ever experienced. I was told that my (very good) insurance would cover everything with the exception of a 15.00 a month copay. After 4 months of no bill I received a bill in the amount of $1,710.00. I was assured this was a mistake so I continued services. Turns out it was not a mistake.
