We have been in the vehicle rental business for over 12 years, renting all types of vehicles, and now specializing in Vans. Actually care about your customers from the manager to the service reps. We were there for 3 hours waiting. Unacceptable

It took 2 hours for us to get our rental, I paid for an SUV rental which apparently they dont have many SUV, they tried to rent me a mini van. Customer service was horrible. They were not helpful. We sat outside in the cold for 2 hours with my 3 children. I will never ever ever rent from them again. When I spoke to the manager the next day, he was not apologetic or helpful either. Horrible, protracted experience just getting to the rental coiunter. Required 2 shuttles over 60 mimnutes of combined waiting. Very discourteous second shuttle driver. Once at rental agency, single counter agent seemed totally disinterested in serving me. Good new3s was that van was in great condition. Return procedure barely better than arrival. Had to wait excessively for shuttle trip back to airport. Shuttle that was there (and empty) drove off as soon as I attempted to get in "...you'll have to wait for next drive... read more
Great service and great price
The staff was pleasant and profesional. We were early for the van.The shutel driver droped us off at a reastraunt and picked us up when the van was ready. The staff went over and beyond what was expected out of them. It was one of the best parts of our vacation; while visiting Newport beach. I recomend AVR.
The process of the rental was good, it could have been better if the attendant's that hand over the rentals were quicker. We waited over an hour to have a car given to us because they had to wash it and all.
Horrible customer service. The van i rented was only filled 3 quarters and when i checked the paperwork it said full!!! Oh and btw 2 hours to get my van.
Our van was clean & in good working condition. We had exceptional customer service from our driver who picked us up at LA to get our car to the driver who dropped us off after we checked out in LV and everyone in between. I would definitely rent again.
