We had to wait 2 hours on our van customer service really sucks . The manager looks like he was hiding in the office not wanting to deal with the problems..Its was a long line and at the end by the time we got to the clerks it was shift change so our van was given to the person behind us in line and we had to wait for another van to come in and get clean. The rep who said he was the manager even complained about the policy but went against what was done through your own 800# was very rude and set me up in a way it would cost me double me with my back up against time I had to deal with it until the return a real manager helped me out but imagine how frustrated my trip was

The vehicle was clean and ready for use first thing in the morning at 7am. They were fast and friendly.

Took us at least 40 mins to get to their location with 2 shuttles taken. Car wasn’t ready (even though we reserved it in advance) when we got there. Reserved car for 9am, arrived at 10am and was told it’ll take another 30m-1 hour to get the car. What a nightmare, I was already behind the schedule and now will have to reschedule all my meetings. Got a 70k mules pretty badly used dodge caravan, scratched all over, ac fan makes noise and one door didn’t work from the button. Would never use them again, save your time and ... read more

Horrible Horrible company. I would suggest never to rent from them. Our Flight was delayed and they say they have shuttle we never saw it . We had to Uber all eight of us to the rental company. When we arrived a half hour after the pick up time . I was informed that i might not have a vehicle because they only hold it for two hours. I bought insurance on line and paid for it just to find out it did not cover the van because it was a commercial van. Now i have to hunt down the company to get reimbursed. Terrible customer service and won't rent from them every again. I waited for 40 minutes at their "Remote Rent A Car Depot" spot without a shuttle showing up. While myself and another family waited for their shuttle we tried calling multiple times but no one answered the phone. I ended up walking the mile to their location and when I got there all they could say was "sorry for the inconvenience". There was only one other customer there when I showed up and it still took over 30 minutes to finally get a vehicle. I gave them a ... read more

The vehicle was not ready at the time that we had requested. Instead of apologizing, the person that helped us just replied by saying, with a snotty attitude, “Did you want go somewhere else?” We weren’t the only ones with this problem. While waiting, we noticed that everyone has the same problem. There were people waiting there for over an hour. Overall, our experience was terrible. We would not recommend this place to anyone.
