I purchased a new vehicle and what could have turned out to be a bad situation turned into the best experience I’ve had. John Anderson the GM got involved and made sure everything was done right and that the customer was taken care of. My sales guy was great as well as Sean from finance. Thank you for a awesome experience! Would recommend Avondale Nissan to everyone.

In my opinion I was robbed by them. I had a 2016 Altima with 19313 miles in very good to excellent condition, I took it in to get a battery replaced on April 18th, 2019. They told me there was 15 customers ahead of me, so I went to the showroom and looked at cars, I told them that I was there just looking and they started giving me the sales pitch how I should trade my other car for a new one, by late afternoon I had a 2019 Altima, I have excellent credit, was told my payment would be no more than current payment on 2016 Alt... read more

Was in the market for a new 2019 Nissan Pathfinder. We have been shopping around and decided to return to Avondale nissan because in the past we bought 3 other cars from them. Our saleS person was “frank the tank” as they refer to him as so at the dealership. He was trying to take care of us and had great customer service. On Monday 9/5/2016 my family and I went into Avondale Nissan looking to make a purchase. When we got there we were not greeted, or even aknowledged, by any of the employees at the dealership, they simply stared. We looked around the lot ourselves at the cars we were interested in.
