I can’t believe this people are still in business. Terrible attitude, the worst customer service I’ve ever had, the way Robert talked to me on the phone was insulting and disrespectful with a terrible attitude. How can you do business treating people like that, definitely don’t recommend this company unless you would like to be treated poorly and disrespectful. I’ve done customer service for several years and that is not the way you do business or treat people.
In all honesty very very unprofessional they work just to take your money. Shows up to jobs just to show up does not do it to assist you with your issue. The owner is rude, condescending and egocentric. They allegedly fixed my a/c issues about 3 weeks ago which was a simple maintenance and cleaning that was needed (which they sort of cleaned it) the same day they allegedly fixed it the a/c unit was giving me issues again they came and "fixed it". El señor Roberto una persona grosera, te resuelve al momento pero luego cuando le toca cubrir garantía no la cubre y no se hace responsable hace perder el tiempo y aparte es muy impuntual dice que a una hora y llega 1 hora después. No lo recomiendo para nada trabajar con ellos es daño de tu aire acondicionado seguro
Persona súper grosera y trabaja malísimo no trabajar con ellos por favor no cubren la garantía después que rompen algo te soluciona al momento pero rompiendo otra cosas aproposito
