Great place. Nigel work really well with me and and the rest of the family..
Moved my daughter out today- did walk through & agent agreed EVERYTHING was great. When asked about her $250.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT-- she said it was an ADMINISTRATIVE FEE!!! Even though Non refundable had been crossed out. She told my daughter she would have to CHECK WITH MANAGEMENT to see what to do!!! I'll keep you posted on the outcome!!
