Biggest rental mistake of my life. We have stomping upstairs neighbors. Like the clogging commercial. Only stomping.

I lived here momentarily while it switched to Avista. Loved the old owners. They would paint and not ventilate. Accused me of lying about dropping off rent and made me pay late fee. The contractors they hired drank on the job. I was so glad to get out of there. I was the first one to review in 2015 and mysteriously my review is no longer here Not only that, I had a hunch I would be out without a home so I looked for a new place in advance. I looked at a lot of places, Nigual was exceptional to work with and helped me in every way. The grounds are very nice and the apartments are immaculate clean and quiet. I love living here and it's peaceful and quiet.
Just renewed my lease. Love living here. Nigel is the best.
