Jalil was very helpful. Vehicle I wanted did not work out, but he helped us get another vehicle shipped from Tampa. Would highly recommend. Very responsive to the many questions I had. Gave me top dollar for my trade.
Orlando office is full of crooks. they by passed the TMPS and said SOLD AS IS. Stay the f__ck away from them. I even called corporate and they don't know who I should talk too. Scammers are there. Be smart and avoid them like the corona virus.
In late May, I agreed to purchase a vehicle for a price that was on the website and confirmed with the salesperson. The next day, when I received the paperwork, the price magically went up $1000. When I called to inquire, the sales person (Mauricio) told me that his manager would not honor the price I was given AND was on their website. RecommendedI must say that I am very pleased with the level of service, the quality of vehicles and the no nonsense, no hassel attitude of these guys. The 1 year 12k miles extended warranty alone says a lot about them standing behind what they sell, even though I did not need it. Clean and clear carfax too. Thank you Mike Sweeney and Danny the manager. Highly recommended by a career law enforcement official. Very honest and trustworthy.
