RecommendedThey are amazing with reptiles. Dr. Rich has taken care of my young Tegu "Mike" since I acquired him. He is very good with diagnostics and thoroughly examines both my lizards. They are great with checking on us. Mike was in the hospital for 10 days and they called everyday to let me know how he was doing. I am thrilled to have found Dr. Rich. RecommendedReally cares for the animals
RecommendedMy experiences with Dr. Rich go back more than 25 years. He has treated our ferrets, helped us through the loss of a baby Catalina (polyomavirus), chipped and sexed our Blue & gold and attempted life saving surgery on him 23 years later. There is no vet that I trust more. He is informative, compassionate and generous. I highly recommend this facility and I couldn't possibly have any more faith in Dr. Rich.
RecommendedDr. Rich and Dr. Pence are fantastic with my Parrot. They have been seeing my parrot since she was one, now she is 31. They also see my African Spurred Tortoise since he was a baby, now he is 6. They teach you how to care for your pets. They also have a lot of knowledge of what to feed your pets. They teach you warning signs if you think your pet is sick. I highly recommended the Avian and Exotic Hospital.
Both vets and their staff really go above and beyond for their clients. Super friendly environment, very helpful and educated. Definitely recommend.
