Dr.’s Rich and Pence never allows you to leave with unanswered questions. The staff is friendly and eager to please. I highly recommend this place.
I was told my pet would "probably be better" in a few days. He died in agonizing pain the next day. I would've rather known initially how bad the injury was so I could've humanely euthanized my pet. I feel that he wasn't looked over sufficiently during the examination. I was reassured he didn't need an x-ray as the damage wasn't severe. apparently it was.

These folks are absolutely amazing! They cared for my chinchilla and helped him bounce back from a nasty infection, and were so kind and gentle with him throughout the process. The care they provide is second to none, and their prices are fantastic. They truly love and care about the animals and people they serve. You will not find better medical care for exotics anywhere. Highly, highly recommended!
So grateful for you guys for taking care of Quilliam, my little hedgehog, for almost 5 years. He passed 1 week before his 5th birthday. He was in his last hours of his little life when I quickly called and you guys fit me in ASAP to be able to put him to rest peacefully without anymore suffering. I was able to get my ball python in on a Sunday for a prolapse rectum. Very friendly and reasonably price. Great doctors with excellent knowledge!
