The Dr. and staff were AMAZING helping my baby boy. And when they weren't certain about something they helped me find a vet who could. I am so thankful to have found them. Wish they were closer but the help, service and information I get from Dr. Harrenstein and her staff is worth the drive. Thank you for everything you did for me and Bazinga. You are all amazing and hope to have 20 more years of working with you all.
Avian and Exotic Veterinary took such incredible care of our 4 year old marsupial when an emergency amputation was needed! Great service, friendly staff interaction ( as well as tea and coffee ) and detailed care and instruction for recovery were provided every step of the way. Thank you all for helping "Baxter" become strong again during his unique transition into a " Tripod Marsupial."

Thank you SO much for all the attention and care you gave our cockatiel today. She's back home and happy so that's a big plus. We'll keep you posted on the progress with the medication and hope it helps. After 23 years, she's a bit set in her own ways. :)
I have had sugar gliders for 11 years, and have been to various vets throughout the years. I have never been so satisfied with the level of attention, knowledge, compassion, and customer service that they provide. I adore the entire staff here, and I am very thankful to have them to take care of my glider.
