Please provide mouthwash in the front bathroom near the lobby; I know patients and probably staff will appreciate it! ;)
I was a little taken aback this time for my cleaning. The hygienist polished my teeth first before doing the actual cleaning; when it came time to floss she didn't floss my two bridges and the actual cleaning part was done with a lot of water. She was very pleasant to take to; I just felt the process was very different from what I'm used to.
Although Shermance is a newcomer to the office she fits in well and she does an excellent job while also being gentle with the patient.
Very nice staff. They had soft hands ;-)

Staff and doctors were great. I had an emergency crown replacement. Dr. Flexsenhar and Sang worked on my temporary crown, which matched perfectly. Since my crown needed replacing, I decided to ask about Lumineers. Dr. Lowery and Stephanie explained treatment options to me, and answered all of my questions. Everything, from applying the temporary crown, to the X-rays and impressions for Lumineers, took three hours. Leaving out a couple of names here, but everyone did a great job.
Dr. Lowery is always very gentle & thorough. She explains the procedures well which is comforting to me because then I mostly know what to expect. Very attentive to making sure everything is taken care of and that things are done right. I really appreciate that!
