Although I was early for my appointment, I still had to wait 15 minutes past my appointment time while everyone else that came in was promptly taken in. Someone came and said they were trying to find a room??? Out of the ordinary compared to past.
It was a great first visit. Dr Simon is very professional and personable. Helping to make your visit as good as possible. All the staff I met was very courteous and caring. I have my next appointment scheduled.
Great experience! Your practice is very well run and my hygienist, Shermance, is very knowledgable and efficient.
Dr. Flex is the best dentist I have seen in my 52 years and I will continue to see her as my dentist
