It is a nice place to live in as for a safe neighborhood but I gave it one star cause I have went so many times to the office about the people upstairs and they have done nothing.. they are always stomping at all kinds of hours.. feels like I have elephants living upstairs. I would understand if they had kids but everyone is an adult and they have no respect. I guess they office people don't care either or something would have been done!
