Verified Renter The community is relatively quiet for the location it is at. The office staff are always kind and respectful. Theft is an issue but it’s not the only community having this problem in Tacoma.

Verified Renter My experience has been average at best. There has been at least 2 shootings in the complex since I have been here and maintenance requests take a long time to be answered. There does usually seem to be enough parking and the complex is pet friendly. The apartment was refurbished before I moved in, and the results were good.
