Verified Renter This is the highest rent I've ever paid, for the worst place I've ever lived. I would never suggest 1202 Pearl to a friend or acquaintance. They are great at getting you signed into a lease, and reassuring you when you have issues, but awful at acting on your concerns and efficiently and effectively solving your problems. They clearly do not care about their tenants to any legitimate degree.

Verified Renter Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Neighbors with dogs are obnoxious, leaving pets on patios to bark all day long. Barely any parking unless you pay $50 a month to have covered parking for their lawn maintenance team to come blow dirt all over your car.
