I am extremely satisfied with the level of care I received at this office. Right from the outset, the staff was kind and generous. Check-in was a breeze, with the usual paperwork for a new office visit to the doctor. Dr. Arora was on-time and very friendly. I think I hit it off with him and I trusted his opinion. He did spend a lot of time with me. Overall, I am happy with my treatment plan. My carpal tunnel has been bothering me for years but I have been putting it off. I think I have found the surgeon to help me!
The hospital sent me to see Dr. Arora after I broke my wrist. My first visit was very comforting. The staff made me feel at home. I was very nervous but the doctor put me at ease, even though I needed surgery!
Office was able to schedule my visit quickly AND Dr. Arora was able to schedule me on the following day for my hand fracture. Every person there was friendly and helpful. Dr. Arora is a genuinely nice person that took the time to explain the procedure and to make sure I was as comfortable as possible the entire time.
Everybody has been pleasant. When making first time appointment lady i spoke with was very charismatic and helpful.
