I am very happy with how my appointment went. The nurse and doctor Arora were all very nice.
I WAS PLEASED WITH THE WAY EACH STEP OF THE PROCEDURES WERE EXPLAINED TO ME IN 'PLAIN ENGLISH'. I FELT RESPECTED AND WAS ASSURED I WAS GETTING THE BEST MEDICAL ATTENTION. ALL STAFF MEMBERS WERE CHEERFUL AND WARM, YET PROFESSIONAL.
the experience here with eveyone was wonderful. getting him him in fast and the findings were great. but the wait time for your appointed in the waiting area is a little to long .

Very thorough in his examination. Took detailed notes and really seemed to know what he was talking about. Very professional and friendly.
Doctor Arora is a very nice guy and he was informative on what I should expect in surgery. He offered me the best advice in dealing with this ganglion cyst.
A good experience overall. I am happy I came to this office. Dr. Arora was kind and explained things. My only issue is that he was running behind, but at least they told me when I checked in.
Outstanding manner and staff as well.
