The company was scheduled to come out to pump our tank, but never called to let us know they needed to reschedule. They already charged us over $100 more than any of the other companies to do the work we asked them to do. They refuse to provide us a copy of the report so we can pull our own permits. The better business bureau will definitely be hearing from us about their poor business practices. I would never recommend them for anything. They steal your money and don't provide the work.
Very prompt, arriving right when they said they would and finishing in a reasonable amount of time. No sneaky fees to what they quoted us. Tyler was the guy who serviced our septic and he was incredibly nice and helpful with all of our questions and concerns! He even helped by giving us references to other reputable contractors in the area for other projects around the house. Im very thankful- Definetly worth utilizing this company!
Quality service and great staff. Had a drainfield installed several years ago and they offer great customer service after the fact, which is huge! I highly recommend them.
Called yesterday for a septic tank pumping, Austin came out today and done a fantastic job! Very professional and very friendly. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will be using them from now on.

Alex and Adrian did a great job at a recent septic inspection for my clients purchasing in South Lakeland. Thanks from me and the team at Focus Realty Group, KW Lakeland.
There is only one thing about their contract that I did not know about and that was I allowed them to destroy anything on my property. There is a line in the contract that says they are not responsible for anything that they break, like the sprinkler systems, sidewalks and anything else. We had the drain replaced and I no longer have a sprinkler system. I use another company before Averett and they repaired the sprinkler system in the area where the drain field was installed. Just be advised.
Came out next day! Fast and friendly service. The tech was very professional and knowledgable! Highly recommend Averett Septic!
