We recently converted our ATU septic to a conventional system. This was quite a process. I contacted several septic companies. One offered to help us with the permit, but inevitably tried to up charge us substantially. Mike Shoupe with Averett was extremely helpful. He was in constant contact. Answered all my questions. I had a septic emergency on Saturday, April 20, 2019. I called 3 other services, and left messages requesting service. None of my messages were returned. They won’t fix my buddy’s drain field they just put in that’s oozing shitwater runoff into his shop. Call anyone but this company.
