Honestly, this was the best experience I could have asked for. Averett met their commitments with my Pump & Inspect - including coming out much quicker than I thought they would be able to. I have no problem recommending them!
Roland Young (unsure of his exact position within the company) left a vague voicemail without identifying himself and allowed me only seven minutes to respond before bypassing me entirely and contacting my on-site maintenance guy—issuing a lien threat without any proper communication. This behavior was abrupt, inappropriate, and highly unprofessional. (All of this occurred within less than 24 hours of the site visit.) I have used Averett Septic for several installs. After 12 years, a float had cracked. Kaleb came out to replace it the next morning and had the issue fixed quickly. He was courteous and professional and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.
Averett Septic is the best! After TECO ran their big truck over and crushed my septic tank. I called around to get someone to come out and fix it. But the first two companies never showed up. I finally got ahold of Scott at Averett Septic he told me he could be their that afternoon, which he did. Now today everything is great thanks to Scott & Averett Septic.
