Termites and New Managment This company that took over is absolute garbage. They treat their long term residents who are paying a premium to live here like crap and have a massive termite infestation. Stay away. I currently live here and up until this new management company I have been happy. Now its like dealing with an overbearing parent every day.

Great new management The new management company that has come in has made all the difference. They are fixing up the landscaping, cleaning the community, and I actually feel cared for! Great place to live. The office staff I sweethearts, and they are even pet friendly :-)

Waiting 5 weeks for a faucet repair I have now waited five weeks to get my kitchen faucet repaired/replaced so I can rinse off my dishes. Mgt. response is "on order", home depot is two miles away.

No maintenance, plenty of dog poop No water pressure in kitchen on move in. Maintenance not in a hurry to fix it. Unlimited dogs sizes here equals unlimited dog poop everywhere. Hallway lights out,hallways dod not get cleaned. Stay away.
Great place to call home!! We just love our apartment. It’s very spacious comfortable clean and quiet. We have wonderful neighbors and enjoy getting out and doing things together. Our poodle loves the pet walk and meets furry friends every day. We work out in the great gym area and look forward to the pool area this summer. The apartment is located close to everything so convenient. We are so happy about our decision to move here. Thanks to the great staff for making us welcome and feel like this is home!!

Looks are deceptive. Management is awful. Over priced and the management people either rude or absent all together. A lot of turnover in that area. Amenities are closed more often than not. There is dog crap everywhere. Mountains of ant beds adorn the property. Kitchen design and appliances are nice, but the cabinets are cheap.

Home I love living at the Avenues at Verdier Pointe. The apartment is very spacious all the neighbors are very friendly. We have a dog and I just love the pet walk around the complex and our dog loves to get out and meet all the dogs on the pathway. The apartment comes with a washer and dryer so that saved us from having to buy one.
