Verified Renter This is a great community to live in. Very quiet, lots of club house activities inside and outside, and for the most part safe. I say for the most part because realistically crime is everywhere, however here at The Avenues at Verdier Pointe They have taken major steps in this community to make certain that we the tenants are kept informed and as safe as possible.
Verified Renter The Avenues at Verdier Pointe was the only place I checked before I decided to move in with my family of 4. Great location, 10 min from my children's school, 5 min from grocery stores. A lot of amenities that works great for us: beautiful pool with salt water, grill and barbeque area in several locations, pit fire, bicycle rentals, game room, a lot of walking/riding the bikes/roller blades areas around us, quiet and fresh air. Just love it!
