Verified Renter The Avenues at Verdier Pointe is an amazing complex hidden right off of Bees Ferry! A quiet neighborhood feel on beautiful grounds with a lot to do! Pool, club house, and gym are easily accessible and well maintained. Neighbors are friendly and community activities are great. Best move we’ve made since moving to the Charleston area.

Verified Renter Love my apartment--spacious and definitely feels and looks like home! Wonderful office staff! They are very helpful, always responding in a timely manner. Maintenance staff respond quickly to any issues which might arise. Love the covered Mail Center and the Retreat with its fountain, grills, fire pits and picnic tables/chairs!

Shena is truly exceptional, and has gone above and beyond for me in the whole process, from the application process to me moving in. Love it here!
