Verified Renter From the first day I looked at the apartment, I knew I wanted to live in this apartment community. Everything is comfortable and visually pleasing. After a long day at work, coming home to this environment is what I look forward to. I am so glad that I was able to find an apartment here.
This Property Is Not Worth The Price If you love to make noise and be a general nuisance to your neighbors, then this is the apartment for you! You will be able to stomp, run, build furniture, and scream at all hours of the night! All management will do is say that those noises are just "everyday noise". We have dealt with inconsiderate neighbors for the past 7 months and have received no help from management. Verified Renter Maintenance team is top notch. Management’s conflict resolution is awful. We are miserable half the time, and management has said there is nothing to be done. Everyday living for one resident is grounds for a noise complaint for us.

Verified Renter Teh Avenues are a good complex in a great area of town. It is relatively peaceful and the office staff does a good job of trying to facilitate community and keep the place clean.
