BEWARE!!! This is a negative 10 star review. This company quite literally robbed me after a lease termination due to being ROBBED AND STALKED BY A SEX OFFENDER on the property. I had to vacate immediately and initially the company was quite accommodating, offering for me to break the lease without the lease termination fee I moved out and paid final rent due. If I could give them a ZERO, it would still be too much. These people do not care. Rent else where.
No way to contact corporate (voice mail full, no operator). Rude maintenance and immature staff. Slow response to repairs but demanding attitude when they need something from tenants. Stay away. Google reviews full of collection agency nightmares after checkout. I am dreading it.
Don't waste your time trying to email in as this company suggests you do because they don't respond anyway! What a nightmare this company is. I suggest a Class-action lawsuit.
This company SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS! I'm a vendor in Colorado Springs, CO and got shafted by this company for payment! The emails were the worst from the Denver property, they never did anything they said and found out that the vendors that did get paid, all the checks BOUNCED! They are GONE now (property sold) but no one ever called back or emailed from Seattle office, I was told my invoice was pending payment, for 3 months! What a scam!! Stay clear of this company if you are a VENDOR!
If I could, I'd rate them ZERO stars. Horrible experience from the very beginning. I should have gotten a clue from the start. They steal your $$!!

They took over managing the property I live at not too long ago, and immediately showed their hand. The first thing they did was lose our paperwork and require me and my roommates to come into the office together and resign the lease. The problem with this is that we all work different shifts, and they weren't willing to accommodate. On top of that, they required us to pay our pet deposit again, because THEY didn't have record of it, again because they lost our paperwork.
