For my first visit the staff was excellent they put me at ease, were friendly, and explained every step I was to expect. Totally AWESOME
Shane was awesome!! He made me feel very comfortable and did not Judge me nor did the Dr. The Dr. was awesome as well. I went in there with very high anxiety and very nervous and scared. They were able to calm me down and was very professional at what they do. I had a unique situation when I came in and they were able to guide me in the direction I needed to go.
So far I appreciated everything, you guys doing excellent job, I give you guys a lot of credits.
Robin is great. I would have been back sooner, but was waiting to have a issue solved about my last Crown with the insurance co. I was under the understanding it had been re-submitted. The insurance co. denied the claim saying the crown was not necasary. I have already paid my portion and if the crown was not needed I don't feel I should have to pay more than what a filling would have cost.
