Robin is great. Very personable.
It was slow to start because the IAM Union's Smile Network offer information was not readily available to the staff at Avenue Dental. There was no worry and no hurry for me personally. Each person was friendly and explained everything. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable for me personally - was the time delay in between each thing. New patient The girl that explained my insurance benefits/out of pocket expense was friendly, professional and reassuring. She took the time to talk with me about my questions and many concerns. My assistant was very polite. Only saw the dentist for a few very short minutes and his exam was only maybe 30 seconds.
I thought the hygienist could have done a better polishing job.she dd the front and back really quick, and dd not do the top surface of my teeth at all.
Always great to see Robin. Robin is the ultimate professional, she always encourages me to floss more in the most courteous manner.
Make sure you have resources to support scheduled appointments. Respecting customers time.
As my dentist it is your responsibility to provide me with whatever I may need,however twice now I have had to be seen in the er do to pain.I had hours of work done and when I was done was told that I could have something for pain for 25 years I have been allergic to vicodin that is all you guys will offer me when I have mentioned numerous times that I'm allergic to it.so because I'm allergic to what you offer I get nothing but a hospital bill???not digging this end of dental work.the work itself is great but knowing I have ... read more
