The salon is beautiful and most of the staff is amazing. However, I went to BRITNY this last time and I wasn’t happy with my cut and color. Cut was totally uneven and the color was not even close to what I asked for. I contacted her to see if I could get it fixed. She told me I’d have to pay extra. I reluctantly agreed and Britny then ignored me after several attempts to schedule a new appointment. I finally gave up and scheduled an appt with Sara. Sara did an AMAZING job on my cut and color. The best studio! Heather has been doing my Brazilian straightening, color and cuts for years! I always get compliments and refer them to Avenue 42! She recommends the best products and actually taught me how to style my hair!
