Noelle Eastwood has been my hair stylist/colorist and friend for years and she is the best I've ever had! Since my hair is short I see her once a month. She is very kind and helpful when I ask questions. A couple of years ago when she was going out on maternity leave she took the time to make notes for the person who was filling in for her on how to cut my hair.
