The absolute worst place I've ever lived. Management is terrible, the property is always messy, the sprinklers don't work and flood everything + spray you with water, the neighbors are rude and loud... there's no guest parking EVER and nobody does anything about it. Plus, there's no security as for the whole year I lived there, the gates never got fixed, so anybody can come it at any time. Getting your deposit back is a nightmare in itself as well.
