Aventine is a great place to be! The complex has what many of us look for in an apartment, a convenient location, fantastic amenities, and units that you can turn into your new home. In addition, Aventine has something many apartment complexes don't have - an outstanding staff. From Julie and Peggy in the front office to those on the maintenance staff, I'm confident in the way the complex is managed and that any problems I experience will be quickly resolved. I highly recommend Aventine Northshore!

Home Sweet Home! We have been living at Aventine for over a year and a half now. This is by far the best place to live in the Knoxville area! The units have great layouts and top of the line finishes (wood-like flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer...etc,). The amenities are amazing - beautiful large pool with cabanas, good sized gym/yoga room, large clubhouse area, grilling stations, fire pit, car wash, dog parks and much more! Wonderful Property I have lived here for a year and half and have zero complaints, zero issues, zero concerns. The property is well maintained, staff is super friendly, and it is in a great location. I highly recommend living here if you are looking for a place to live in West Knoxville.

This is a great place to live We've only lived here for a couple of months but we love it the place is very nice and clean . They keep the sorroundings really neat . The management team is great. Most of our contact has been with Raquel and she is fantastic. Keep up the good work.
