potential but no customer care Management doesn't return calls. Been here a while and I feel like they just don't care about us long termers and want us out. Takes maintenance an extreme amount of time to get anything fixed. More people moving out than moving in the past few months.
Almost perfect Is a great place to live, a lot of nearby attractions. The only problem is maintenence. Any time there is a maintenance request, it takes no less than 3 days to have someone come out to look / fix it.
Needs Valet Trash and tree removal Tooo many trees and only two trash stations for the whole complex. Maintenance is great and they are constantly improving the complex. Very pet friendly(not personally appealing but to each his own). For the price it's hard to find a better deal.
The Aventine I Love the Location of the Apartment, It's Ideal on the Ground Floor, Nice Large Screened In Porch with Large storage closet. Beautiful Grounds and Landscaping, 3 Pools, and Easy Access to Several Restaurants and stores. Large, Spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath. Three Wonderful Parks within Walking Distance from Apartment.
