Roaches, mountains of trash, fire ants, broken A/C, towed vehicle, no returned security deposit I lived at the complex for a little over 2 years and couldn't wait to leave. The A/C broke down every couple of months because they didn't want to replace it. Upon first moving in the agent couldn't find my apartment key because supposedly the person cleaning it took it home, so I had to wait for 2 hours while they switched the locks. Worst of worst I wish if can attach photos showing hows this complex Is dirty, very unfriendly management who never respond properly. Roaches every where, snakes and wild animals as well as there’s plenty of trash. In general it’s an old complex so AC issues are expected all time with late respond from the maintenance. Go in person Go in person before even considering. Wrap around the complexes. The outsides are covered in lime, no maintenance done to landscaping. Garbage areas are always unkept and front office personnel are unethical and very disorganized. They show you a remodeled version during viewing and then the unit you actually obtain is absolutely disgusting. Bug problems as well. Maintenance friendly, probably bc they are aware of what’s really going on.
The Worst This place is disguisting dont let them fool you with their model apartments none of the rooms even have lights. They have bugs and they dont spray my dog got fleas because of it. There is gators in the back. They dont have good garbage compactors and there is garbage everywhere. The office does not have anything together. I cant wait for my lease to be over.
HORRIBLE APARTMENTS!!! If I could give negative stars I would. The apartments are roach infest, have rats and mold. The women in the office are rude, condescending, and flat out mean! I truly hope this review saves another family the 1.5 of hell we went through!

Absolutely No management ((( Horrible Don’t waste your time and money! I live there for 6 months and I break contract calling corporate almost every day and tell the the facts, sending videos from this apartments!No problems been sold there! Bugs, rets and air conditioner so old, bad small in the apartment! Smell like smoking motel room! My last point that make me break contract ( it’s not easy) is when someone from second floor flood my apartment and no action was made from the office! Particularly assistant Manager

Trash place to live Don't move for this place, full of the roaches, they don't give back your money, they Lier all the time, full Over the trash, beware !
Do not move here The maintenance takes months to be completed. They will tell you they only need to inspect 1 room in the apartment and then barge they’re way through your whole apartment claiming they changed their mind over night compared to the notice they provided. There are apartments the have had leaks and dry wall issues not taken care of in 6 months. They will not do anything to fix your a/c unit when you have proof that our electric bill has increased more than you paid the year before. The office never answers the ... read more
