We live here and it's the worst! We live in the apartment and it's the worst place to live at! The property manager is very mean and threating. Your electric bill will be high because of the unit is so old that the A/C can't keep up. There are TON residents that are stuck with the lease and things aren't being fixed!

Bad Management, not gated They claim to be a gated community, however in the full year that I lived there, the gates were NEVER locked. They finally got the gates going OUT of the complex to work towards the end of my lease, however at no point did the entry gates work. Management did not respond to any maintenance requests we made (of which there were several: broken dishwasher and about 6 attempts to get them to repair water damage from a tropical storm in August. HEED MY WARNING, DONT RENT HERE HEED MY WARNING TO ANYONE WANTING TO MOVE HERE. It's not if but when there are going to have issues here. Had no problems the first couple months of being here. Dont do it!!!! This place is a roach motel, I lived there for six months and the rental office is the nicest thing on the property!!! The maintenance men are slow and no exist, all buildings are infested with roaches with they chose to do nothing about, and the privacy gates haven't worked in years, but they send emails out making you buy a gate key for no reason!!! Amazing Community In A Great Location Having lived at Aventine At Forest Lakes for the past 2 years I can say that this is a great place to live with beautiful grounds and friendly quiet neighbors. Located in Oldsmar right off Tampa Road gives easy access to anything and everything that you might need. Do not waste your money! Do not waste your time or money with this complex! They nickel and dime you for everything when you move out. I have yet to receive my deposit back and we moved out in January, it is now one day shy of being July! If my rent was late or I owed them money, you better believe they would be all over me.
Spacious Townhome in a quiet community I have lived in the Emerald Bay community in Oldsmar, FL since December 2014. I have a daughter who is 1.5 years old, so it's extremely important to me to feel safe in my home. It's a circle of townhomes positioned around a beautiful pond with a gazebo. Great find!!! We needed to find a new home closer to my employer. After a long and exhausted search for a new apartment,my last and best stop was here at Aventine at Forrest Lakes. The staff Ashley and Heather were just spectacular. Heather took the time to help me and my husband at every turn from explaining the apartment options, working with our budget and timetable for moving, showing the models (more than once) and helping with all the paperwork.
