Do not recommend. Snooty and distasteful to say the least. My hair has a shelf in which I now have to go and get fixed. I called to cancel my next appointment which I booked out of faith that after I washed my hair from it being overly styled that it would look good. They quickly hung up the phone when I said I would not return. Learn how to teach new stylists and have a respectful salon culture. I had a great experience with Sage Hair Company. The team was professional, welcoming, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. Irelyn did an amazing job on my haircut. I got a simple trim and it came with a wonderful, and relaxing shampoo and blow dry. Irelyn used great products that made my hair feel amazing, and was very engaging the whole time. I would absolutely recommend her for any service, and can’t wait to go back.
I get my hair trimmed, colored and styled on occasion by Irylen. I was not happy with the way she brushed my longer hair from top to bottom instead of starting from the bottom up so less hair is pulled out and she acknowledged and I really appreciate it. She is also very talkative and witty and a pleasure to get my hair done with her. I definitely recommend Irelyn.
