Very nice – I enjoyed this salon. And I have been to a lot of salons, mostly because I move a lot, so I have definite standards. I thought that the price-performance was excellent, especially considering the salon's in Los Gatos, and my stylist, Victoria, was definitely very good with color and knowing what styles are happening.
Good quality cut/highlight - cont'd – Also while the stylist was putting the highlights in, you could tell he was in a hurry since there was another client of his waiting for her highlights to set. Other than that, I'm pleased with the highlights and haircut. The stylists also do not make suggestions for your hair, rather they concentrate on giving you what you ask for. Horrible Service – When I went to get a touch up on my color I wound up with no touch up at all. The girl was incompetent and couldn't figure out how to turn my natural hair color to the color I wanted. After four hours and two attempts, I finally left exasperated and broke. All in all it cost me over $150, four hours of my time, and I got no results.

exceptional service! – I have been looking for a salon in the bay area that carries natural hair color for so long. I am very pleased to have found this salon. My stylist was wonderful, very caring. She colored my hair with aveda color and my hair is very healthy. I have been back and forth to SF but now can stay closer to home for my hair. I highly recommend this salon. The service was wonderful and fairly priced compared to what I paid in the city.
A little bit of heaven – Nirvana is a sanctuary for renewal. When I travel, I look for Aveda salons because I know I'll find quality and talent with the stylists. After much search, I have found this salon located in beautiful Los Gatos. I will return again and again. Love the extra touch of ambiance and aromatherapy!!
