Great place with knowledgeable and personable staff...
I was in about 3 weeks ago to get my septum pierced. The shop is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I asked for a jewelry upgrade, and the women at the counter kindly informed me that there would be a price increase, which I had already guessed. However my rating lies on the fact that I needed to be pierced twice. The first time it was pretty crooked. After we decided it needed to be re-pierced, she re-set up and cleaned everything. I've gotten 4 piercings done here, and I could not be happier with them and my experiences. It's extremely sanitary, and I love being able to see everyone's certifications hanging on the walls. As many people have mentioned in other reviews as well, customer service is not always top notch, but they're normally very busy and I get it. The piercers are always very friendly and open to answering questions and giving advice as needed. Very professional and clean. The staff is friendly. Brent took the time to answer all my questions even though they were very busy. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend
I have went here for all of my piercings that I have not done myself but I fully recommend them to anyone for any piercing.
