Both my girls (4 & 13) had their ears pierced. It was a fairly simple process. I was told on the phone I could make an appointment but I could also just walk in. We chose to walk in and it was busy. We waited a short time and were called back. Our piercer was amazing. She was patience, understanding and super friendly. We loved her. I just wish I remembered tip money. Drove 2 hours to come here and it was well worth the time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful while I was picking out some new nostril jewelry. Robin helped me change my piercing and took the time to show me and explain everything step by step so I could change my jewelry myself if I wanted to later. Very happy with the service and knowledge of the staff, will definitely be back!
Had a wonderful experience! Made an appointment beforehand. Front staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. The young lady that did my piercing was so friendly and professional made the whole experience go so smoothly!
Always professional, informative, and kind. Thank you to all of the staff for being these things even on busy busy days! I had my daith done in December on the left and decided to get the other done on the right. I was nervous even though I knew it would be quick. Both piercers, both times were a calming presence to me.
I've gone here for a few piercings. Belly button, cartilage, and nose. I always have a pleasant experience. The ladies who work here are very nice and I've had the same girl do my piercings and she is awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone! Great selection of jewelry and very clean.
