RecommendedI took my 5 year old to get her ears pierced. They did an awesome job with her. She was totally comfortable and smiled the whole time. She didn't even believe she got her ears pierced because she never felt a thing.
They were really great with our very scared 8 year old daughter. They explained everything to her, stayed patient, & let her keep the marking pen.
Staff completely failed to inform me that a plastic retainer could fall off and lodge into my ear for over a month. I was also sold jewelry in a wrong size, and had a piercer put it in, telling me it would be okay, when she stretched my cartilage from a 16g to 12g.
I took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Very clean and the staff was great with my daughter! They made her feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them.
I had my labret done here and would highly recommend them! spent time going over jewelry, talking about placement, the procedure, was marked and checked it out before a needle was even brought out. Robyn waited patiently for me to make sure I felt it was perfect before taking the next step. I've had over a dozen piercings and have never felt more comfortable with the whole process.
i have only gone here. and the one time i didnt i learned why i messed up with my choice. when i removed the piercing and wanted it redone i went to see robyn and was explained in detail where the last guy went wrong. what to expect. and even being told lots of things I was NEVER told by the last guy. i refuse to go anywhere but here because of how caring and thorough the staff has been over many years.
Love this place. Got all my piercings at this place. I’ve had lots of friends. Go. And Robyn kopchinski is the best. She is good I recommend her
