I called today to see how busy your business was and got hung up on. I am a LMT and if my customer service was that bad. I wouldn't have any clients. I have gotten many piercings in the past at your establishment but will never return. Also I won't be recommending your business to anyone, ever again. This isn't the first time I've had someone hang up on me when asking a question, but this time you've lost my business.
Their very knowledgeable and have the best selection in piercing jewelry. Their prices are reasonable too. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a piercing!

They were super nice. My medusa and eyebrow didn't hurt too badly, and they were very professional. I will definitely come here again! (Once you get pierced it's like tattoos. you want more!)
Very pleased...very professional..very CLEAN.
I barely felt any pain and they were really friendly and made me feel less nervous!! I would go back to get a different piercing from them too!
