We have lived at Avana for over four years and we love this place. The staff and management is very friendly and accommodating. If feels like a real home instead of just an apartment complex as sometimes many of these apartments do.
I've lived here for 5 years, and for the most part -- I've enjoyed it. Over the past year and a half, though, the property has become extremely corporate, caring more about the property and less about the tenants. And then an extreme situation happened to me that solidified the worst experience of my rental life. Two months ago, with all the rain, the roof sprung a leak.
